Keshoian Blastoise

This slimmer version of Blastoise is much faster than its Kanto counterpart and is able to stay hidden in jungles and bushes due to its green shell! 

For some reason, Blastoise of the Kesho region have a better aim than any other Blastoise. The markings on their faces are their from birth when the are Squirtle. I wonder what they are?
